Every great design has a story—and here at ScaleTech Studio, many of those stories start with a simple sketch on Amy’s iPad.

Amy is the creative force behind many of our best-selling designs. With a background in hand-drawn art and a love for clean, functional design, she blends traditional sketching with modern digital tools to craft files that are both beautiful and reliable.

Step 1: Inspiration Strikes

Whether it’s an idea sparked by nature, a customer request, or a seasonal theme, Amy begins by sketching out rough concepts on her iPad using a stylus. This allows for creative freedom and quick iterations.

Step 2: Refinement and Digital Precision

Once the sketch is finalized, it’s transferred to the computer for detailed vector work. Amy uses professional software to clean up lines, align paths, and format the file for different uses—SVGs for laser cutters, PNGs for sublimation, and STLs for 3D printers.

Step 3: Testing and Tweaking

We don’t just design—we test! Every file is checked for ease of use, cutting performance, and overall aesthetic. Amy makes adjustments to ensure that what you download works perfectly with your machine and medium.
